Acuity Scheduling — used to manage session bookings. Your name, email, and any intake information you provide at booking is stored within Acuity. Please refer to Acuity Scheduling's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
Flodesk — used to manage our email list and send newsletters or updates. If you subscribe to our emails, your name and email address are stored in Flodesk. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Payment processors — payments are handled securely by third-party providers. We do not store your card details.

3. TERMS & CONDITIONS
General
By using the She's So Well website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. She's So Well reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance.
Services
All service bookings are subject to availability.
You must be 18 years of age or older to book a session or coaching program.
Sessions are for general wellness purposes only (see Health Disclaimer above).
Virtual sessions are conducted via video call. A stable internet connection is your responsibility.
Coaching Containers
Coaching containers are a defined-length program with agreed sessions and deliverables outlined at the time of purchase.
Full payment or an agreed payment plan must be in place before the program begins.
Coaching containers are non-transferable to another person.
Intellectual property shared within the container (frameworks, worksheets, resources) remains the property of She's So Well and may not be reproduced or resold.
Early exit from a coaching container does not entitle you to a refund of remaining sessions (see Refund Policy below).
4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Oil & Physical Products
We accept returns on the facial oil within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
We do not offer refunds on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
Individual Sessions (Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, Kundalini Activation)
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session will receive a full credit to rebook.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session will forfeit 50% of the session fee.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in the event of illness or emergency, with as much notice as possible.
Coaching Containers
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in a coaching container.
If you choose to exit the program early, no refund will be issued for remaining sessions or payments due.
If you are on a payment plan, all agreed instalments remain payable regardless of early exit.
In the unlikely event She's So Well is unable to deliver the program, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any undelivered sessions.
5. TERMS OF SALE
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
Payment plan defaults may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
She's So Well reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
