The work
This is coaching at its heart, with something most coaching can't offer. Some of what keeps you stuck lives in your thinking. Some of it is held in your body. So alongside our coaching, we use Reiki and Kundalini activation to move what conversation alone can't reach. Mind, body and energy, working together, so the change actually sticks.
I know what it is to stand on the bridge. I’ve been the woman who had it all on the outside, the career, the pace, the appearance of having it together, while quietly unravelling beneath the surface.
I burned out. Completely.
And what rebuilt me wasn't another strategy or another push. It was returning. To my body. To my energy. To the version of myself I had left behind somewhere along the way. That’s why I do this work. And it’s why I do it the way I do, across the mind, the body, and the energy field, because that is the only way I know how to create change that lasts. I am a certified life coach, Reiki practitioner, and Kundalini activation facilitator. I’ve held women through divorce, career reinvention, identity loss, illness, and the particular kind of grief that comes from simply outgrowing your own life.
It is the most sacred work I have ever done. And I don’t take it lightly. Not for a single second. If you’re ready, I am here. And I’ve genuinely got you.

6-Month journey $1,500/month over 6 months or $7,500 paid in full (save $1,500) Payment is made via card or direct bank transfer. Your first payment is due upon acceptance into the container.
